IoT and Smart Cities Forum Of India is a unique techno legal initiative of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO). It is the exclusive techno legal discussion forum of the world that is discussing both technical and legal issues (techno legal issues) at the same time.
The forum covers two of the most contemporary fields of technology revolution. These are:
(1) Internet of Things (IoT), and
(2) Smart Cities.
We have been managing the issues like cyber law, cyber security, civil liberties, privacy, data protection, data security, etc of IoT and Smart Cities in India. This is done keeping mind the technical aspects of IoT and Smart Cities as well.
IoT has become omnipresent these days and it is used virtually for everything. Similarly, smart cities also reply heavily upon IoT and related technologies. It is not possible to put IoT and Smart Cities into a particular category and claim it to be comprehensive enough to cover all of their aspects. That is why technical and legal issues of IoT and Smart Cities are discussed in segments like technical specifications, cyber security safeguards, privacy protections, data protection requirements, etc.
