Cyber law of India has covered a journey of more than ten years. The information technology act is the cyber law of India that was enacted in the year 2000. Despite this long journey, the cyber law of Indian has not witnessed much growth. In fact, it has also been suggested that the cyber law of India should be repealed.
Perry4Law and Perry4Law’s Techno Legal Base (PTLB) have been providing cyber law related updates for many years. Some of our initial blogs in this field have been taken off so that better platforms can take their place.
Now we have started a dedicated cyber law blog on one of our own platform. We hope this blog would help all the cyber law stakeholders of India and other jurisdictions alike.
This blog would cover areas like cyber law, cyber security, cyber forensics, e-discovery, international cyber law treaty, international cyber security treaty, cyber crimes investigation, IT frauds, etc.
This blog would also empower Indian government with techno legal policies so that the cyber law of India and other related techno legal areas can be suitably represented in the Indian legislative arena.
