First one is managed by Indian govt, through Indian Courts. The second one is a private initiative of Sovereign P4LO and PTLB. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">E-Courts and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ecourts4justice.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E-Courts For Justice (EC4J)<\/a><\/strong> are two main Projects of Sovereign P4LO and PTLB that are supported by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.odrindia.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ODR India<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/perry4law.org\/telelaw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TeleLaw<\/a><\/strong> Projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">As India&#8217;s priorities are to use Technology for Oppression and Surveillance, not much development has taken place since 2004 when we launched ODR India Portal and E-Courts Project.
