Centre Of Excellence For Protection Of Human Rights In Cyberspace (CEPHRC) was initially launched in 2009 to track and fight back against e-surveillance and Human Rights violation activities of Indian govt. Since 2009, Indian govt, whether BJP or Congress governed, has crossed all limits of Human Rights violations. Orwellian Aadhaar and other surveillance oriented technologies have been imposed upon Indians and even Supreme Court of India supported it for Aadhaar and other such Evil Technocracies.

In India, technology is not used to help Citizens and to empower them, but to subjugate and oppress them. Modi govt has crossed all the limits in this regard and is the worst possible govt that Indians can have when it comes to Human Rights Protections.

With no protector in India, the role of Sovereign P4LO, ODR India and CEPHRC has become more crucial and we will continue to push back Orwellian India in future too.
