Association for People of Haryana (AFPOH) is the first Techno Legal initiative of its type in the world. AFPOH is managed by Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO), PTLB and AFPOH collectively. AFPOH was launched in August 2007 so that information and communication technology (ICT) can be part and parcel of people of Haryana and global farmers. Now AFPOH would cover the entire India on similar principles and lines and efforts in this regard have already been made by Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) and PTLB.

Some of the areas presently covered by AFPOH and related initiatives of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) and PTLB are e-governance, e-commerce, e-agriculture, online trading of farm and dairy products, ICT4D, digital payments, Telelaw support, online dispute resolution (ODR) support, etc. AFPOH and other Techno Legal initiatives of Perry4Law Organisation (P4LO) and PTLB are of tremendous importance to various national and international stakeholders and they are ensuring digital empowerment of global stakeholders and farmers.
