There are two types of E-Courts Projects in India as on October 2025. First one is managed by Indian govt, through Indian Courts. The second one is a private initiative of Sovereign P4LO and PTLB.

E-Courts and E-Courts For Justice (EC4J) are two main Projects of Sovereign P4LO and PTLB that are supported by ODR India and TeleLaw Projects.

As India’s priorities are to use Technology for Oppression and Surveillance, not much development has taken place since 2004 when we launched ODR India Portal and E-Courts Project. Expect the same patterns till 2030 but we at Sovereign P4LO and PTLB would continue to work in this direction.
